Hi Friends! đź‘‹
📊 Daily Stand-Up: Yesterday, as the Lead Engineer, we stood up our local AI, created our own modelfile customized to run our game with our rules and we continued to play with it. The more we did, the more results we saw and the more varied they were so we ended up in a cycle of tweaking the rules and playing. Ultimately we decided to stop and work on the app a bit to determine if tooling existed or could be built to integrate our AI. And wow does it.
So it turns out that there are a lot of really really great libraries for integrating AI into our app but you only really need 2 or 3 to get started: Dash Chat 2, LLama Cpp, Http. Check out the resources below for more info.
Anyway we got a simple chat app up and running and were able to move our game from the terminal to a simulated iphone communicating with our AI via API very quickly.
Today we’re going to focus on building up the app a bit more, messing with our AI and maybe finding a way to deploy our AI at least temporarily so we can use our real phone.
