đź“Š Daily Stand-Up: Yesterday, we met with our client and had a great meeting. Why was it great you ask? Well aside from the positive feedback we got, we found a bug live in the meeting (Every PMs worst nightmare). Now why do we think that’s great?

Bugs exist in all software. Catching the bug before it makes it to the end user is GOOD. End of statement.

If bugs exist in all software what should our goal be? Simple, catch the bug before it makes it to the end user. If it made it to the end user, prioritize it and minimize its impact/fix it.
The bug: Our error handling prompts, a snackbar which was hidden behind our banner ad. Something we should have probably seen but now we know.
So today: fix the bug and jump on the last few items on our road map.
