Hi Friends.
📊 Daily Stand-Up: Yesterday we got our sample project set up in our github, played around with Flutter Scaffold, ListView, Card, Column & Row widgets, passing state and more (check out the resources below). We also set up a meeting with the client where we’ll be in the role of our Product Manager asking the following questions:
- What features or functionalities do you envision for the product?
Here we are trying to gather a list of desired features and functionalities.
- Are there any specific technologies or platforms you prefer or need to be supported?
Here we want to understand any technical requirements or constraints.
- Do you have any design preferences or existing branding guidelines we should follow?
Here we are trying to ensure that the product aligns with the client’s brand and design expectations.
- What is your preferred timeline for the project?
Here we want to establish a realistic project timeline that aligns with the client’s expectations.
We’ll also continue as the Lead Engineer messing around with the sample app. After the client meeting, we’ll act as the Delivery Manager to get some estimates & milestones and if we have time start to think through design.
